Official Rules for 50/50 Raffle

Official 50/50 Raffle Rules Sponsor: Arizona Tap Association, Inc. (“ATA”), an Arizona nonprofit corporation recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. This raffle is conducted pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes §13-3302. Purpose Proceeds from this raffle benefit the mission of Arizona Tap Association, Inc., supporting opportunities for Arizona dancers through scholarships, travel assistance, education, and competition support. Eligibility Participants must be at least 18 years of age. Participants must be physically located within the State of Arizona at the time of ticket purchase. Void were prohibited by law. ATA Board Members and volunteers may participate provided they receive no special advantage or compensation related to the raffle. Ticket Pricing: (1 Ticket — $5.00) (5 Tickets — $20.00) (15 Tickets — $50.00). Prize: The winner will receive fifty percent (50%) of the total gross ticket sales collected during the raffle period. The remaining fifty percent (50%) will be retained by Arizona Tap Association, Inc. to support its charitable mission. Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted using the information provided during ticket purchase. If the winner cannot be contacted within 30 days, ATA reserves the right to conduct a redraw if permitted by applicable law. Taxes: The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize. Ticket purchases are not tax-deductible charitable contributions. Administration: This raffle is operated solely by bona fide members and volunteers of Arizona Tap Association, Inc. No third-party platform, payment processor, officer, director, employee, or volunteer receives compensation based upon raffle proceeds. Payment processing services are used solely to facilitate transactions. Sales Period: Sales begin 06/08/2026 at 08:00 AM local AZ time and sales end 06/12/2026 at 08:00 PM local AZ time.*
